Declaration book to record details of new initiates, including declaration itself, signature, profession and address of initiate and the date of their signature, as well as space for witness to sign. Dates are also recorded in this book for date of Initiation, Passing and Raising, as well as the date the certificate is received. Book measures 6" x 9" and contains space for 100 initiates.
