If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Because our products are personalised and made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or personalisation errors made at the time of order.

How to Request a Return or Replacement

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We will review your request and respond within 2 working days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
